How to order with Round Hill Furniture Online

Thanks for choosing to use our online catalog for your orders. Below we will explain how and why to process is set up. If you have any questions we can be reached many different ways by viewing the Contact Page.

  1. To start ordering, you will need to get a certified user account with Round Hill Online. You can do this by going to the Sign up page and entering your information there.

  2. After you get your retailer user account and logged in to the site. The next step is to just order. Go to the Catalog Page and start browsing for what your want.

  3. Once you have found an item that you would like to add to your order, simply click Add to order.
    Notice: This is only possible if you are logged in to you retailer account.
    • At this point you can choose your quantity and color if alternate colors are available.
    • Click the Submit button to add this item to your order and you will be taken to a confirmation screen. Here you can choose to view your order, or go back to the catalog to continue ordering.

  4. If you have chosen to view your order you will be brought to your order in complete. Everything that you have order so far is there along side your item's colors, quantity, subtotal and the total of the order.

  5. You have four(4) choices at this point. You can:
    1. Let the order sit until you come back later. It will be saved on our server until you want to submit it
    2. Go back to the catalog and continue shopping on your current order.
    3. Alter your order in a few ways. You can change the quantity of the item or delete it. Remember to click the corresponding Update button for the item. If you want to change the color of the item you need to delete it and re-add it from the catalog (See step 3).
    4. Submit the order to Round Hill. When you decide to do this an email will be sent to Round Hill and they will be contacting you shortly by phone (assuming the order is sent during hours of operation). A email will also be sent to you for your records.

  6. After you have submitted your order, it will no longer be able to be altered. The only way to make adjustments to your order at this point is to call Round Hill (View Contact Page).
Notice: No credit card information is saved on our servers for your protection. All billing information will be acquired via phone, to help prevent fraud and other malicious orders. Be sure to keep your contact information up to date on the Round Hill Online site. That way we can quickly contact you if necessary.
